Cheese.
It’s a funny word isn’t it? Say it 8 times and someone in the room will laugh 8 times. Some people take this silly word seriously and obsess over the finer points of really old milk. I’m one of them. I’m Anthony (my full name is in my user name, so there’s no mystery) and I’m going to be talking about what’s popular now in the world of cheese and the best places to shop in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. As the project carries on, you and I should both be able to impress our friends with our knowledge on the gourmet half of the cheesesteak.
