Hey! I must leave a suggestion so here it is.. maybe more pictures? Cheese pictures? Everything else is good.
You can never have enough pictures of cheese though….
Overall, I find this blog very well written. I especially like the little asides in parentheses. Being lactose intolerant, I do not particularly like dairy and did not even realize there was so much to know about cheese. Well, now I know. As far as suggestions go, I noticed in your first post that you will be discussing “the best places to shop in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area” but there are no posts regarding shops. I also agree with the previous post that there are not enough cheese pictures.
